WHY CHOOSE LTU?

  • All courses are taught from a Christian worldview

  • Focus on one class at a time

  • Flexible schedule that fits your life

  • Attend classes in your pajamas, get your certificate in your robe!

Students find that learning happens best in community, whether in class or online. The LTU’s learning community model has long been embraced within the Christian tradition. We see examples in the New Testament of believers gathering in communal settings for the purpose of study and fellowship (Acts 2). The writer of the Book of Hebrews encouraged this spirit of collaboration (Hebrews 10).

YOUR SUCCESS BEGINS ON DAY ONE

With LTU’s unique online model, you’ll be prepared from day one to for school. Every student begins with a class specific to adult learners – you’ll understand topics that will ensure your success, whether it’s been five years or 50 years since your last class. Plus, with small class sizes and caring facilitators/teachers, you’ll gain from knowing whom you’re working – and learning – with.

THE SAME CERTIFICATION YOU WOULD EARN IN A CLASSROOM SETTING

You’ll earn the same certificate as students who attend in-seat classes.    At LTU, you’ll enjoy the control appropriate for adult students while appreciating the benefits of 21st century learning — dialogue with a community of students and unprecedented access to your professors.
